Mercer Construction builds homes in subdivisions that are "move-in-ready", primed for families to move into right away. With attention to every detail and numerous inspections throughout the building process Mercer Construction Inc. assures homes meet the standards that customers expect. Upon closing every Mercer Construction Inc. home includes a one-year builder warrantee and all manufacturers warrantees. Homeowners can have confidence that Mercer Construction Inc. will be there when they move into their new home, as well as in the future. Each and every Mercer customer, whether you're buying presale, spec or custom, receives an extensive orientation prior to closing. We conduct demonstrations and educate buyers about our unique building methods, as well as provide warrantee information and a list of sub contractors.
Every Mercer Construction home offers floor plans and elements that fit with today's busy lifestyle. Large open kitchens, generous cabinet and pantry space, practical location of appliances, larger master suites, office space, and a laundry room that is conveniently located. To meet client demands Mercer Construction Inc. have incorporated a "Drop Zone" into our floor plans. This use of space allows you to enter from the garage, leaving your personal belongings such as cell phones, keys, iPods, etc.
In addition to custom-built and subdivision homes, Mercer Construction also provides commercial property development. In late 2003, Paula Mercer Butterworth met with the owners of Hernandez Medical Center in Pasco, and with their vision in mind, sought out and found land for their future building. Over the next year, she negotiated the land cost with the seller and worked with Dr. Hernandez and his wife, Ana Maciel-Hernandez; as well as the project architect and engineers to ensure the building wasn't "over drawn." Paula also arranged to have the road leading up to the property completed to pave way for construction. The building was completed in 2005 and features 4,000 finished square feet and 1,200 sq ft unfinished for future growth.
